Welcome to Power Play

Power Play is an exciting program that’s spent the last 10 years changing the way people in the LNG and decarbonization industries work together, celebrating and honouring the contributions of women alongside men. It’s a place that recognizes the individuals from within the LNG and decarbonization industries who ignite a culture of support, encouragement and empowerment for women in the workplace, where their expertise, commitment and contribution to the industry is acknowledged and widely celebrated. 

Initiated in 2016 by a group of inspirational female ExxonMobil LNG colleagues intent on bringing like-minded women together, Power Play has grown over the last decade into an important and well-respected series of events that take place around the world, supported by both women and men throughout the industry. It connects women from diverse backgrounds and locations to collaborate and innovate across the LNG and decarbonization value chains, strengthening networks and accelerating progress year after year. 

As the initiative celebrates its 10-year anniversary and continues to gain momentum, Power Play recognizes the industry trailblazers who are reshaping energy.
