United States

Golden Pass
A joint venture with long-standing affiliate QatarEnergy at the Golden Pass LNG Terminal in Sabine Pass Texas. The facility will enable approximately 18 Mta (nominal) of LNG export capacity at the existing regasification facility, creating opportunities and delivering demand for lower-emissions energy. This exciting project is currently under construction with plans to start up in 2025.
Papua New Guinea

PNG LNG
The largest investment in Papua New Guinea’s history, the PNG LNG project includes gas production and processing facilities, onshore and offshore pipelines, and liquefaction facilities.
With thousands of employees and staff, almost 90% of whom are Papua New Guinean, its operations have contributed more than USD $7 billion (PGK 24 billion) in total benefits to the State of Papua New Guinea since its production commenced in 2014.
Papua LNG
TotalEnergies is operator of the Papua LNG Project, with the construction and subsequent operation of new electric liquefaction trains adjacent to existing PNG LNG Project liquefaction facilities delegated to ExxonMobil.
In 2023, the Papua LNG Project started fully integrated front-end engineering and design (FEED), the next step in progressing the country’s second LNG project and further advancing Papua New Guinea’s position as an LNG-exporting country.
Mozambique
Rovuma basin
The Mozambique Deepwater Area 4 block contains more than 85 trillion cubic feet of natural gas and will provide resources for multiple world-class LNG projects.
Coral South Floating LNG (FLNG) became Mozambique’s first producer of LNG in October 2022 and is the world’s first deepwater FLNG facility, operating in waters nearly 6,500 feet deep.
The 3.4 MTA facility achieved stable production in 2023, and work continues to maintain the excellent safety and reliability performance.
Australia
