Nicola Duffin
Head of LNG, INEOS Energy Trading
Nicola Duffin is Head of LNG at INEOS Energy Trading, where she is responsible for developing, monetizing, and managing the company’s global LNG portfolio. Since joining INEOS in 2022, Nicola has led the establishment of the company’s LNG business from inception, building its strategic position in the global market and integrating LNG into the broader energy trading platform. Prior to INEOS, Nicola was Commercial Director at Grain LNG (National Grid Ventures), where she led the team that secured a landmark 25-year capacity agreement, enabling a major expansion of the Grain terminal – the largest terminal in Europe. Her earlier roles include Senior Commercial Executive at South Hook Gas, a joint venture between Qatar Petroleum and ExxonMobil, overseeing high-value commercial relationships and delivering structured deals with global counterparties. Nicola was part of the original start-up team at South Hook, playing a key role in developing the terminal’s operating rules, capacity contracts, and leading on regulatory engagement.

Jillian C. Evanko
President and CEO Chart Industries
Jillian (Jill) Evanko is President and CEO of Chart Industries, Inc. (NYSE: GTLS), a role she has held since June 2018. She joined Chart in 2017 as CFO. Previously, she was CFO of Truck-Lite Co., LLC, and held various executive roles at Dover Corporation (NYSE: DOV), Arthur Andersen, Honeywell, and Sony. Jill serves on the Board of Directors for Chart and Greif, Inc. (NYSE: GEF), and previously served on the boards of Parker Hannifin (NYSE: PH) and Alliant Energy (NASDAQ: LNT). She holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a BS in Business Administration from La Salle University. Jill’s honors include the 2020 World LNG Executive of the Year, 2023 EY Entrepreneur of the Year (Southeast Region), and multiple recognitions from S&P Global, Hydrogen Economist, Hart Energy, and Institutional Investor. She also serves on the boards of the National Association of Manufacturers and the National Petroleum Council.

Leong Wei Hung
Chief Executive Officer of Singapore LNG Corporation Pte Ltd (SLNG)
Mr. Leong Wei Hung is the Chief Executive Officer of Singapore LNG Corporation Pte Ltd (SLNG), and a Board Member of PUB, Singapore’s National Water Agency. Prior to his appointment as CEO, he was a member of SLNG’s Board for two years. Before that, he enjoyed a career of more than 28 years with the Shell Group, where he served in various roles across several portfolios in Refining, Chemicals, Trading and Supply, based in Singapore and the United Kingdom. He was also previously a board member of Shell Eastern Petroleum (Pte) Ltd and Shell Eastern Trading Limited. Beyond the commercial realm, Wei Hung has contributed towards the development of the next generation of leaders as an Adjunct Associate Professor with the Nanyang Business School, and a Mentor and Resource Person with the Philip Yeo Initiative.

Jane Liao
Vice President, CPC Corporation, Taiwan
Jane Liao is Vice President and Chief Sustainability Officer (CSO) of CPC Corporation, Taiwan. She oversees a broad portfolio, including the LNG Purchase Division, Natural Gas Business, Corporate Planning, Joint Venture, Accounting, Finance, International Affairs, Green Technology Research Institute, Refining and Manufacturing Research Institute, Lubricant Business Division, and the Low-Carbon Business Development Team. Jane began her career as a Chemist at CPC’s Exploration & Development Research Institute and has led CPC’s LNG business since 1997. She was appointed Deputy CEO of the Natural Gas Business in 2015 and CEO in 2017. In 2020, she became Vice President of CPC. Jane holds a Master’s Degree in Chemistry from National Tsing-Hua University in Taiwan and an LLM in International Dispute Resolution and Management from the Centre for Energy, Petroleum and Mineral Law and Policy (CEPMLP) at the University of Dundee, Scotland. She completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School in 2016.

Cindy Lim
Chief Executive Officer of Infrastructure Division, Keppel Ltd
Ms. Lim joined Keppel in 2001 and was appointed CEO of Keppel Infrastructure Holdings (now Infrastructure Division, Keppel Ltd) on 15 February 2021. Over her 20+ years at Keppel, she has held leadership roles including Director of Group Corporate Development (GCD) and the founding Managing Director of Keppel Urban Solutions (KUS). At GCD, she focused on group synergies and collaboration, while at KUS she led efforts in smart, sustainable urban development. She was previously Executive Director of Infrastructure Services at Keppel Infrastructure, overseeing P&L for operations and maintenance across power, waste-to-energy, water treatment, and district cooling. She has broad experience in operations, process excellence, and organisational management. Her directorships include Keppel subsidiaries, MET Holding AG, Ammonia Energy Association, A*STAR, and Enterprise Singapore. She is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers Singapore and Chairperson of NTU College of Engineering Advisory Board. Ms. Lim holds a Mechanical & Production Engineering degree from NTU and an Executive MBA from SMU.

Amitha Maharaj
Senior Manager, Business Development, Sasol
Amitha Maharaj is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of experience in South Africa’s petroleum and gas industry, with expertise in business development, project leadership, and environmental management. At Sasol, she has led major strategic initiatives across South Africa, Mozambique, and international markets, working with diverse, multi-functional teams. Currently driving business development within Business Building, Amitha has played a key role in introducing liquefied natural gas (LNG) as an alternative gas supply for South Africa. Her work requires in-depth knowledge of the country’s technical, regulatory, and economic landscape to position LNG as a viable solution. With a strong background in early-stage project and business conceptualization, she contributes to South Africa’s energy transition efforts. Amitha is a champion of high-performance cultures, empowerment, and accountability, and remains committed to deepening her impact in the evolving energy sector.

Dr. Wu Ruikun
Deputy Managing Director, Sinopec International Cooperation Dept.
Dr. Wu Ruikun, Deputy Managing Director of Sinopec International Cooperation Dept., is in charge of Sinopec’s long-term LNG business and overseas investments in upstream oil and gas fields, midstream LNG liquefaction facilities, and new energies. His capacity also includes Sinopec’s overseas safety management. Prior to joining Sinopec in 2021, Dr. Wu worked for CNPC (China National Petroleum Corporation) in its overseas assets including Canada, Niger, Sudan and Kazakhstan for over 20 years. Dr. Wu graduated from China University of Petroleum with a Ph.D. degree in petroleum engineering.

Sara Fadel Sada
Minister Plenipotentiary at the Embassy of the State of Qatar in Beijing
Sara Al-Sada holds the position of Minister Plenipotentiary at the Embassy of the State of Qatar in Beijing, where she has been representing the country for four years as part of her diplomatic duties. She began her career at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Qatar, from which she embarked on a professional journey during which she held several diplomatic positions that contributed to refining her experience and enhancing her competence in foreign affairs. She currently holds the position of Deputy Ambassador at the Embassy of the State of Qatar in Beijing. With broad extensive experience in the field of diplomacy and fluency in multiple languages, Ms. Al-Sada is known for her effectiveness and competence in international communication, and her ability to represent the State of Qatar in various diverse global forums. Her personal interests include travel, exploration, reading, and an interest in culture as a means of bringing people together—especially Chinese culture, as she resides there—which adds a human dimension to her professional character.

Afkenel Schipstra
Director Hydrogen, Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners
Afkenel is Director Hydrogen at Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners, where she leads investments and development of large-scale renewable hydrogen projects. She was Hydrogen Business Development lead and H2Maasvlakte 500 MWe Project Director for Uniper in The Netherlands. She was previously Chief Operating Officer of Energy at First Hydrogen, and Afkenel was SVP of Business Development for Netherlands Hydrogen at ENGIE. She has held senior positions at Gasunie, Shell and NAM and has delivered hydrogen, heating, and oil & gas projects in the Netherlands and world-wide. Afkenel is Non-Executive Director at HydrogenOne Capital, the first renewable hydrogen investment company listed on the London Stock Exchange. Afkenel is a Global Ambassador for the Women in Green Hydrogen network.

Jeanne-Mey Sun, Ph.D
Founder and Principal of JTNL Advisory, LLC
Jeanne-Mey Sun, Ph.D., has a diverse background that spans sustainability and the energy transition, corporate strategy, management consulting, and economic and policy research. She most recently served as Vice President and Chief Sustainability Officer at NRG Energy, Inc., where she oversaw the company’s sustainability strategy and worked on developing and growing sustainable products and services for customers like renewable electricity plans and lower carbon footprint natural gas. Prior to joining NRG, Jeanne-Mey was Executive, Energy Transition and Clean Energy Solutions at Baker Hughes Company where she led the development and operationalization of the company’s energy transition strategy and wrote the company’s commitment to achieve net-zero carbon emissions by 2050. Jeanne-Mey is active in the Houston, innovation, and clean-tech ecosystem communities including at the Rice University Alliance for Technology and Entrepreneurship, the University of Houston Energy Transition Institute, and Greentown Labs Houston. In 2023, she was named a “Top 10 Energy Sustainability Leader” by Energy Business Review.

Dena Wiggins
President and CEO, Natural Gas Supply Association (NGSA), United States of America
Dena Wiggins leads the NGSA’s efforts to encourage the supply and use of natural gas. She promotes the benefits of competitive markets to ensure reliable and efficient supply, transportation and delivery of natural gas. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Richmond and a Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center. Ms. Wiggins has served as a judge for the Power Play Awards since its debut in 2019.

Li Yalan
President of the International Gas Union (IGU)
Li Yalan is the former Chairperson of the Board of Beijing Gas Group. She is the IGU President 2022-2025. Ms. Li is listed as 40 Energy Leaders in the 40 Years Reform and Opening Up, as a representative of the Chinese energy industry. She has long served as Vice Chairperson of China Gas Association. She is a renowned expert in the Chinese gas industry and contributed to the rapid development of the gas industry development in Beijing, with annual gas consumption volume increasing from 180 million cubic meters to 18 bcm over the past three decades. She holds a bachelor’s degree of Engineering from Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture, majored in Thermal Engineering, and holds an MBA degree from Renmin University of China. She studied in Gaz De France for one year in 1990.
