Sarah Bairstow
President, Louisiana LNG, Woodside Energy
Sarah Bairstow brings extensive international LNG and energy leadership experience, including unique end-to-end commercial LNG project development and operations. She has marketed and delivered projects from concept to operations and executed over US$140 billion in gas and LNG transactions. In 2026, Sarah joined Woodside as President, Louisiana LNG, leading execution of the US$17.5bn project and business expansion. Previously, she was CEO of Mexico Pacific, developing the US$15bn Saguaro Energia pipeline and LNG project. As a founding executive, she advanced the 15 mtpa project to full permits and FID readiness, with eight offices across the US, Mexico, and Asia. She earlier led strategic projects and marketing for the $18.5bn, 7.8 mtpa Gladstone LNG Project over 10 years. Sarah began her career as an energy projects lawyer with Ashurst. She holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) and a Bachelor of International Business, and serves in global leadership roles, including Chair of the Gastech Executive Committee.
Bernadette Cullinane
Managing Director, Alvarez & Marsal
Bernadette Cullinane is a Managing Director with Alvarez & Marsal in Australia, with more than 30 years of global experience in oil and gas, LNG, energy transition, and decarbonization across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region. Prior to joining A&M, she spent a decade with Deloitte Australia as Energy, Resources & Industrials Industry Leader and Asia Pacific Vice Chair. Earlier in her career, she held leadership roles with Accenture, Arthur Andersen Business Consulting, and SAIC, and began her career with ExxonMobil in the United States and Singapore. Bernadette holds an MBA from Columbia Business School, a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Houston, and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Delaware. She is a Fellow of Engineers Australia, a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, and received the 2024 Society of Petroleum Engineers Sustainability & Stewardship Award for the South Asia and Pacific Region.
Leong Wei Hung
Chief Executive Officer of Singapore LNG Corporation Pte Ltd (SLNG)
Mr. Leong Wei Hung is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Singapore LNG Corporation Pte Ltd (SLNG), since April 2024. He has been a member of SLNG’s Board since May 2022. Prior to joining SLNG, he enjoyed a career of more than 28 years with the Shell Group, where he served in various roles across several portfolios in Refining, Chemicals, Trading and Supply, based in Singapore and the United Kingdom. He was also a board member of Shell Eastern Petroleum (Pte) Ltd and Shell Eastern Trading Limited. Beyond the commercial realm, Wei Hung has contributed towards the development of the next generation of leaders as an Adjunct Associate Professor with the Nanyang Business School, and a Mentor and Resource Person with the Philip Yeo Initiative. He is also a Board Member of PUB, Singapore’s National Water Agency as of April 2025.
Cindy Lim
Chief Executive Officer of Infrastructure Division, Keppel Ltd
Ms. Lim joined Keppel in 2001 and was appointed CEO of Keppel Infrastructure Holdings (now Infrastructure Division, Keppel Ltd) on 15 February 2021. Over her 20+ years at Keppel, she has held leadership roles including Director of Group Corporate Development (GCD) and the founding Managing Director of Keppel Urban Solutions (KUS). At GCD, she focused on group synergies and collaboration, while at KUS she led efforts in smart, sustainable urban development. She was previously Executive Director of Infrastructure Services at Keppel Infrastructure, overseeing P&L for operations and maintenance across power, waste-to-energy, water treatment, and district cooling. She has broad experience in operations, process excellence, and organizational management. Her directorships include Keppel subsidiaries, MET Holding AG, Ammonia Energy Association, A*STAR, and Enterprise Singapore. She is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers Singapore and Chairperson of NTU College of Engineering Advisory Board. Ms. Lim holds a Mechanical & Production Engineering degree from NTU and an Executive MBA from SMU.
Afkenel Schipstra
Senior Manager Energy Storage, Nobian
Afkenel started a role as Senior Manager Energy Storage for Germany at Nobian in May 2026. Until recently she was Director Hydrogen at Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners, where she led investments and development of large scale renewable hydrogen projects. She was Hydrogen Business Development lead and H2Maasvlakte 500 MWe Project Director for Uniper in The Netherlands. She was previously Chief Operating Officer of Energy at First Hydrogen, and Afkenel was SVP of Business Development for Netherlands Hydrogen at ENGIE. She has held senior positions at Gasunie, Shell and NAM and has delivered hydrogen, heating, and oil & gas projects in the Netherlands and world-wide. Afkenel is Non-Executive Director at HydrogenOne Capital, the first renewable hydrogen investment company listed on the London Stock Exchange. Afkenel is a Global Ambassador for the Women in Green Hydrogen network.
Andrea Stegher
Executive Vice President, NGV Italy; President of the International Gas Union (IGU)
Andrea has 30 years’ experience in the energy and gas sector in strategic, development, commercial, regulatory and transition matters. Starting in Eni E&P and thereafter he actively promoted the liberalization process, leading Underground Gas Storage regulatory and business development. Since 2010, he moved to Snam where he has been leading infrastructure development and international M&A activities. Among these, he had a primary role in fostering the Southern Gas Corridor development. When heading Snam Strategy, he was the initial promoter of the Gas for Climate 2050 initiative and launched the CNG/SSLNG and biomethane activities. He then led the Snam Global Solutions business unit, founded to support gas markets development and optimization worldwide and, in specific, the set-up of Snam cooperation in China. He is currently serving as International Gas Union President.
Jeanne-Mey Sun, Ph.D.
Founder and Principal of JTNL Advisory, LLC
Jeanne-Mey Sun, Ph.D., has a diverse background that spans sustainability and the energy transition, corporate strategy, management consulting, and economic and policy research. She most recently served as Vice President and Chief Sustainability Officer at NRG Energy, Inc., where she oversaw the company’s sustainability strategy and worked on developing and growing sustainable products and services for customers like renewable electricity plans and lower carbon footprint natural gas. Prior to joining NRG, Jeanne-Mey was Executive, Energy Transition and Clean Energy Solutions at Baker Hughes Company where she led the development and operationalization of the company’s energy transition strategy and wrote the company’s commitment to achieve net-zero carbon emissions by 2050. Jeanne-Mey is active in the Houston, innovation, and clean-tech ecosystem communities including at the Rice University Alliance for Technology and Entrepreneurship, the University of Houston Energy Transition Institute, and Greentown Labs Houston. In 2023, she was named a “Top 10 Energy Sustainability Leader” by Energy Business Review.
Dena Wiggins
President and CEO, Natural Gas Supply Association (NGSA), United States of America
As President and CEO of NGSA, Dena Wiggins leads efforts to advance the natural gas industry's economic and environmental agenda with member companies, regulators, legislators, and key stakeholders. Much of her career has been spent representing producer/marketers before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, testifying on policy matters and participating in every major natural gas rulemaking since Order No. 436. She regularly engages Hill and White House staff, NARUC, and other policymakers on the importance of natural gas supply, use, and competitive markets, and represents NGSA at the CFTC where she chairs its Energy and Environmental Matters Advisory Committee. Previously, she was a partner at Ballard Spahr and served as General Counsel to the Process Gas Consumers Group. Dena holds a B.A. from the University of Richmond and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center, and has served as a Power Play Awards judge since its debut in 2019.
Madam Li Yalan
Vice President of the International Gas Union (IGU)
Madam Yalan LI is Vice President of the International Gas Union. She was the President of IGU for the term 2022-2025, and is an outstanding representative of the gas industry in China. She was the Chairperson of the Board of Beijing Gas Group for a long time. She participated in and led the whole process of the growth of Beijing's annual gas consumption from 180 million cubic meters to 19 billion cubic meters. The "Beijing Natural Gas Utilization Project", which she completed as the first person in charge, won the "Zhan Tianyou Award", the highest award in the civil engineering industry. She has more than 40 years of experience in the gas industry and has long served as Vice President of the China City Gas Association and promoted the development of China's gas industry. She has been selected as one of the "40 Years of Reform and Opening Up, 40 Energy Leaders". Ms. Li hosts a bachelor’s degree of Engineering from Beijing University of Civil Engineering and Architecture, majored in Thermal Engineering, and hosts an MBA degree from Renmin University of China. She studied in Gaz de France for one year.
