Feng Hua is Commercial Manager of the Resources & Marketing Department at Shanghai Gas, a subsidiary of Shenergy Group and China's first city gas company to launch LNG business. She is responsible for pipeline gas and LNG procurement, portfolio management, and supply-demand balancing, ensuring safe and stable natural gas supply for Shanghai, China's economic center. After completing a government rotation at the Shanghai Municipal Development and Reform Commission (MDRC), she joined Shanghai Gas in 2023 and has been instrumental in optimizing resource allocation and strengthening upstream-downstream coordination to support the city's energy security and green transition.

Feng graduated from Tsinghua University with a master's degree in chemical engineering and a French engineering diploma. Her experiences at Shenergy Group and the government rotation have given her a broad perspective on energy policy and cross-sector collaboration. She is passionate about driving commercial innovation and market reform in China's LNG industry and is committed to fostering an inclusive workplace that empowers female professionals.

Ms. Su Li is a seasoned energy executive with over two decades of leadership in strategic planning, market expansion, and corporate operations. She joined ENN Energy Holdings Limited in 2002 and has since held senior roles, including General Manager of multiple subsidiaries and of ENN's Zhejiang Provincial Company. She currently serves as Executive Vice President of ENN Natural Gas Co., Ltd. and Executive Director of ENN Energy Holdings Limited.

She is the driving force behind ENN's national natural gas synergy and "Customer Success + Ecosystem Creation" model, integrating gas, energy, digital platforms, and value-added services across key provinces. She has pioneered new segments, including international LNG bunkering, inland waterway LNG marine fuel supply, and gas solutions for overseas Chinese enterprises, while building a global team that empowers women into senior roles.

Under her stewardship, ENN has navigated geopolitical turbulence with resilience, turning challenges into growth. She has paired smart gas innovation with a low-carbon vision to shape a modern, customer-centric energy ecosystem, reflecting strategic foresight, operational excellence, and a strong sense of duty to community and society.

Ana Widyanita is a principal scientist in research geoscience professional with 22 years of experience in the energy industry, specializing in the geological characterization and evaluation; resources development across the Malaysia, Indonesia, and Brazil basins. She has played key roles in delivering high-value projects throughout the energy value chain, including exploration, field development and production, and Carbon Capture, Utilization and Storage (CCUS) initiatives.

Her career spans leading international energy companies, beginning with Chevron (1 year), followed by 7 years at BP, and 14 years with PETRONAS, where she continues to drive innovative subsurface solutions. Her technical expertise encompasses geological modeling, sedimentology and stratigraphy, seismic interpretation, drilling operations, geohazard assessment, prospect maturation, and CO₂ storage site development planning for CCUS.

Ana's contributions to the industry have been widely recognized through several prestigious international awards, including the ADIPEC Technical Excellence Award (2025), two World Gas Conference Awards (2022), and recognition as a finalist for the IGU Global Gas Award (2018). An active contributor to scientific and technological advancement, Ana has published 20 technical papers and successfully delivered 10 Technology Readiness Level (TRL) milestones, demonstrating her commitment to innovation and industry impact.

Dr. Wan Guangfen is a leading cross-sector decarbonization practitioner with over a decade of expertise spanning offshore oil & gas power systems, renewable integration and carbon market governance. A registered electrical engineer and certified power trader, she serves as both strategic architect and cross-industry coordinator driving China’s offshore energy transition.

She pioneered CNOOC’s innovative Power-Carbon Synergy closed-loop management framework, delivered the world’s largest high-voltage offshore oilfield shore-power system, and completed China’s first multi-year cross-enterprise green power PPAs. She led breakthroughs in floating wind grid-connection technology and two national CCER methodologies for marine clean energy, unlocking over RMB 10 billion offshore carbon asset value.

 

Through cross-industry collaboration with peer oil majors, grid operators and national regulators, she pushed landmark green power-carbon offset pilot policies, cutting CNOOC’s cumulative carbon emissions by 5.38 million tonnes within five years. Holding 56 authorized patents and 14 industry tech awards, Dr. Wan builds replicable low-cost decarbonization models to accelerate the oil & gas sector’s net-zero journey, embodying the core spirit of the Low Carbon Accelerator Award.
